She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Geology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, graduating in August 2015. She began her career with an internship at Geo-Technology Resources from June to August 2015. In July 2021, she joined Pro Lab Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd. as the Managing Director, where she oversees laboratory operations and business development. In March 2022, she furthered her expertise by completing a Master of Engineering (Geotechnics) at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
She specializes in deep excavation analysis using Plaxis, slope rehabilitation with Slope-W, and in-house settlement analysis for forensic investigations. In October 2024, she obtained her Professional Geologist (P.Geol) certification. Her leadership and technical expertise have been instrumental in driving the lab’s growth and ensuring the highest standards in geotechnical testing.
She obtained her Diploma in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2017 and later completed her Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at Coventry University in 2019, followed by a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering in 2020. With over five years of experience in civil engineering, she specializes in structural and roadway design.
She has gained comprehensive expertise in infrastructure development, particularly in highway and road construction. She is a Graduate Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia and the Institution of Engineers Malaysia, demonstrating her commitment to advancing her professional skills in the civil engineering field. She is currently serving as a Director at Pro Lab Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd.
Prof. Paulus Pramono Rahardjo is a distinguished civil and geotechnical engineer with over 40 years of expertise in the field. He earned his Ph.D. from Virginia Tech and holds multiple certifications in geotechnical engineering. As a renowned scholar and speaker, Prof. Rahardjo has shared his knowledge globally through presentations and workshops on topics including slope stability, soil mechanics, and earthquake mitigation.
Recent notable engagements include delivering the “Geotechnical Lectures” at Universitas Islam Indonesia in Yogyakarta in November 2023 and leading a two-day seminar on geotechnical challenges in tropical regions, organized by The Institution of Engineers Malaysia, Pahang Branch (IEM Pahang), in October 2023.
Prof. Rahardjo has served as an expert advisor on numerous geotechnical projects and published over 200 research papers. His contributions have earned him several prestigious accolades, such as being a featured speaker at the 2021 INA IGS Geosynthetics Webinar on advancements in slope reinforcement and repair. Additionally, he was a member of the Tim Ahli Bangunan Gedung (TABG) for Structural and Geotechnical Fields in DKI Jakarta from 2021 to 2023.
In 2023, he was honored to speak at the curriculum review for the Department of Geotechnics and Transportation at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, further cementing his legacy as a thought leader in the field.
He obtained a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 1983 and began his career as a Technical Assistant with the Public Works Department of Malaysia. He later pursued further studies in Civil Engineering, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the same university in 1988. He continued his education in the United Kingdom, where he completed his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at the University of Liverpool in 1994.
Currently, he serves as an Associate Professor at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, where he has published over 40 research papers, primarily in the field of geotechnical engineering. Leveraging his extensive expertise, Pro Lab Engineering Services Sdn Bhd has appointed him as a Technical Advisor.
In addition to his academic and consulting roles, he serves as a Technical Advisor for Shell Trading (M) Sdn Bhd and Petronas Dagangan Berhad, further demonstrating his proficiency and leadership in geotechnical engineering.
Tuan Haji Nazri has more than 32 years of experience in Commercial, Business Development, and Project Management, particularly in project planning and control, contract and procurement, and regulatory management. Tuan Haji Nazri retired from PETRONAS in Dec 2021 after holding various positions in various units in PETRONAS among others, PETRONAS Refinery and Petrochemical Corporation (PRPC) which undertakes Project Rapid in Pengerang, Gas and Power Business Unit (GBU), Corporate Planning and Development Division (CPDD), and PETRONAS Gas Berhad (PGB). His last position with PETRONAS was General Manager, Project Services, PRPC.
He was involved in several major PETRONAS projects in various capacities such as Gas Processing Plants Projects 4,5,& 6 and PRPC’s RAPID Project. He was also involved in some of PETRONAS’s merger and acquisition projects as well as natural gas sales while in CPDD and GBU respectively. Tuan Haji Nazri joined PETRONAS as a management executive, at PGB in 1991. Prior to that, he was with Bank Industri, now EXIM Bank, as a credit officer. Tuan Haji Nazri graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University in the United States Of America in 1990. He currently serves as a Business Advisor at Pro Lab Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd.
Aiman Nasri bin Amir Hamzah join Pro Lab Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd. immediately after SPM in 2019. Obtained his Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) certificate from INTEC Education College in 2020. Currently pursuing ACCA to be a future ACCA associate.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Language Studies (Hons) in Malay Language for Professional Communication from Universiti Teknologi MARA. With five years of experience in marketing, she is skilled in communication, customer relationship management, and promotional planning. In 2024, she transitioned to a role as a Lab Assistant at Pro Lab Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd., showcasing her versatility and eagerness to learn. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges have made her an integral part of the team.
He joined Pro Lab Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd. as a Lab Technician in July 2021, bringing dedication and a hands-on approach to the team. He has gained valuable skills and expertise through practical experience in the lab environment. His commitment to precision, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt have been instrumental in maintaining the lab’s high standards of operation. He continues to contribute significantly to the team’s success through his reliability and enthusiasm for learning.
He graduated with a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2000. He began his career with Teknik Timur Enterprise, working as a Technical Assistant from June 2000 to January 2016. In July 2021, he joined Pro Lab Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd. as a Lab Technician. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, including soil testing and equipment maintenance. His extensive experience and attention to detail ensure that all lab activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.
