Pro Lab Engineering Services Sdn Bhd (PLES) is a reputable geotechnical testing laboratory based in Saujana Utama, Selangor, specializing in geotechnical testing since its inception in April 2021. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, trustworthy data that supports informed decision-making for engineering projects.

Accredited by the Department of Standards Malaysia under the Skim Akreditasi Makmal Malaysia (SAMM), our laboratory adheres to stringent industry standards, ensuring the precision and reliability of every test. This accreditation reinforces our commitment to providing consistent, credible results that meet the expectations of our clients.

Founded by P.Geol Nurul Nisya binti Amran and Mrs. Aisya Najwa binti Amir Hamzah, PLES operates with a team of experienced professionals, guided by business advisor Tuan Haji Nazri bin Ahmad and technical experts Prof. Paulus Pramono Rahardjo and Prof. Ir. Dr. Ramli bin Nazir. Together, they lead the company towards growth and innovation in the geotechnical testing field.

PLES to offers our customers excellence and quality in soil and rock testing and reliable results guaranteed by strict professional practices throughout the services provided.
Maintain the integrity of the testing activities and consistent operation of the laboratory to protect customers’ interests and the confidentiality of information. All staff are to sign the Conflict of Interest Declaration to ensure the Impartiality and Confidentiality of the laboratory are maintained.
PLES adhere to a rigorous Quality Management System to ensure customer satisfaction when using our services.
Our personnel shall be competent and qualified for the tasks they perform, and all personnel familiarize themselves with quality system documentation to implement the policies and procedures in their work. professionally and effectively perform testing services to produce accurate and precise results.

Quality Objective

The general objectives that support the implementation of the Quality Policy are:

To provide competitive services of the highest standards of performance through zero (0) complaint.
Achieve a customer satisfaction level not less than 70 %.
Ensure the continued development, implementation and maintenance of the quality system and to continually seek improvements in the effectiveness of the quality system by zero (0) major NCR.
Ensure tests are performed by suitably trained and qualified staff, and provide opportunities for staff to extend their knowledge and competency and gain relevant professional qualifications with not less than two (2) days of training.
Perform testing within three (3) working days of receiving sample
Maintain the competency of laboratory by achieving satisfactory results (Z<2) during yearly comparison of inter-laboratory.
